山田憲一内科医院が考案した糖尿病対話マップは糖尿病療養指導を行う場合に医療者と患者さんの間で使用する媒体ツールです。糖尿病教室などのグループ教育では話し合いを円滑にする効果があります。
一方で患者さんとの個別のインタビューでも用いられます。
絵の中の９つの項目について詳しく説明した小冊子も作成してあります。
Diabetes Dialogue Map
The diabetes dialogue map, developed by Kenichi Yamada Internal Medicine Clinic, is a therapeutic visualization tool used by both the patient and his health care providers in the process of diabetes treatment. The map has two primary purposes; one is to stimulate group discussion in diabetes group therapy situations and the other is to provide structure in one-on-one interview situations.

La carte du dialogue diabétique inventé par la clinique de médecine interne Kenichi Yamada est un outil pour bien utiliser son traitement concernant le diabète entre des malades et le personnel de la clinique. Cette carte est efficace pour discuter sans heurt en classe de diabète par exemple. Et aussi cette carte est utilisée lors des rendez-vous avec les patients. Il y a une petite brochure qui explique en détail les 9 articles dans la carte.
